Locked onchain
send stocks
to the future.
lock it now. open it later.
no panic sells. no second thoughts. just time.
New capsule
Configuration required: NEXT_PUBLIC_CAPSULE_CONTRACT_ADDRESS
How it works
a time capsule, enforced by a contract.
01
Choose
Pick a supported tokenized stock, a dollar amount, and an unlock date — for yourself, or as a gift with a message.
02
Lock
Approve and seal from your own wallet. The tokens move into the vault contract together with your unlock date.
03
Wait
The position is out of reach. Any attempt to withdraw early reverts onchain — there is no override, including by us.
04
Open
Once the date passes, one transaction returns the tokens to the owner's wallet. No permission needed from anyone.
Self lock
you weren’t going to sell.
until you did.
Everyone has a story about the dip they sold and the recovery they watched from the sidelines. A capsule deletes the option. Seal the position until your date and the contract enforces what conviction alone couldn’t.
For you
A rule you can’t renegotiate at 2am. Lock a position through the volatility you already know you shouldn’t trade.
For someone else
A first stock for a newborn. A graduation. A wedding. Attach a message and a date — they open it years from now, straight into their own wallet.
Custody
the lock is real.
Your wallet
Approves and seals. Keys never leave your device; this site can't move anything on its own.
CapsuleVault contract
Holds the tokens with the unlock timestamp. Early withdrawal reverts — no admin unlock, no backdoor.
Your wallet, later
After the unlock date, withdraw() returns the tokens to the owner. The contract obeys the calendar, not us.
- Tokens sit in the vault contract, not with us. We never hold funds or keys.
- This website is a window. If it vanished tomorrow, every capsule would still exist onchain and still open on schedule.
- The database is an index for messages and profiles only — the chain is the source of truth for ownership and amounts.
- The contract is open source. It has not been independently audited yet — read it before locking meaningful size.
Vault contract: not deployed
Market risk
the lock controls access, not price.
A sealed stock still moves with the market. Your capsule can be worth less at unlock than at seal — sometimes much less. StockCapsule prevents selling; it does not prevent losses, and nothing here is investment advice.
